The ID of target Preset(0x0000 ～ 0x7FFF) is set in the upper 16bits.

Information on operable dial is get from the CrDeviceProperty_CameraDialFunction

Plus rotates clockwise forward, minus rotates counter clockwise.(the lower 16bits)

For example, if you want to move FrontDial and value is 0x7FFF, set (CrCameraDialFunction_FrontDial | 0x00007FFF)

Simultaneous pressing of dials is guaranteed
