Get/Set the focus speed direct sync.

The focus speed is set in the upper 16bits and the focus position is set in the lower 16bits.

The focus speed and position ranges (Min/Max/Step values) are separated. Set the range value for each.

If focus speed is 2048, position is 4096, set 0x08001000. (0x0800 = 0d2048, 0x1000 = 0d4096)
