Note :

Enabled by executing CrDeviceProperty_CustomWB_Capture_Standby and changing to standby state. When it changes to Standby state, CrDeviceProperty_CustomWB_Capture_Operation changes to Enable, and the current value of CrDeviceProperty_CustomWB_Capture_Standby changes to Disable.
