Value	Explanation
–	Upper two bytes: Upper two bytes value of GetValues() Lower two bytes: Specify any value with a signed

e.g.) +10 clockwise :
    CrCameraDialFunction_RearDialL & 0x0000000A
e.g.) -100 counterclockwise :
    CrCameraDialFunction_RearDialL & 0x0000FF9C

Plus rotates clockwise forward, minus rotates counter clockwise.
