Execute sensor cleaning.

CrControlButton_Down	Specify “Down” when you want to Sensor Cleaning.

This Control Code can be executed only when the device property CrDeviceProperty_SensorCleaningEnableStatus is Enable. When the Sensor Cleaning is finished, the camera restart.
