The x coordinate is set in the upper two bytes and the y coordinate is set in the lower two bytes.
The enable range can be obtained from CrDeviceProperty_CustomWB_Capturable_Area.
The settable area is more inside by half the Frame Size than CrDeviceProperty_CustomWB_Capturable_Area.

The settable range varies depending on the model and aspect setting
